Protocol definitions:
- cLLR — calibrated log-likelihood ratio. Pentanucleotide-context background subtraction:
llr_calibrated = llr − E[llr | 5-mer, mut]. The producer's recommended protocol on this leaderboard (Benegas et al. #145). Leaderboard default. - LLR — raw log-likelihood ratio of mutant vs. reference, without the pentanucleotide-context calibration.
